It might be a decent game in the end, but I just don't appove of such blatant copying of someone elses work. That just makes it unoriginal and in all likelyhood infringes on the intelectual property of Introversion Software, unless the devs got a permission from Intoversion to copy huge parts of their game design, UI, and mechanics, but simply change the theme. I would have to disagree that its good that the game copies big parts of what made prison achritect great. Choose from a selection of bonus cities and scenarios to rule or ruin as you please. I love these kind of games, and it is nice to see some potentially great ones still coming to Steam. SimCity 2000 has all the features, flexibility, art, animation, and power you need to create an environment of your dreams.
